二、旨揭計畫原定報名截止日為115年3月8日，惟考量2月份適逢春節及連續假期，為利學生有充裕時間準備送審資料，爰將報名截止日期展延至115年3月13日，請惠予協助廣為宣傳，並鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加，以拓展國際視野。

Description:

1.On January 9, 2026, the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs forwarded the brochure and digital poster for the "2026 OCAC Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program."

2.The original application deadline for the aforementioned program was March 8, 2026. However, considering the Lunar New Year and consecutive holidays in February, and to provide students with sufficient time to prepare their application materials, the deadline has been extended to March 13, 2026. Please assist in widely promoting this update and encouraging students to participate actively to broaden their international horizons.

3.Attached please find the "2026 OCAC Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program Brochure" and a digital poster. For further details, please visit the official OCAC website under the section "Overseas Community Research / Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program / 2026 Program" (URL: https://gov.tw/GVG).
