一、依中國青年救國團115年2月11日青動字第1150000298號。
二、本活動由日本航空公司及日華青少年交流協會主辦、本團承辦，活動旨為增進臺日友好親善關係及促進臺日青年國際交流。
三、出訪日期為2026年7月6日至7月11日，訪日期間之機票、住宿、餐飲、交通等費用由主辦單位負擔，辦理出國手續費由團員自行負擔。
四、有意申請者請於2026年3月27日(星期五)下午5點時前，送交以下資料至國際處辦公室(T1006)俾便本處彙整，逾期恕不受理。

(二)語言能力證明影本。
(三)本校中文歷年成績單。
五、本校最多推薦6名，如申請人數超過推薦名額，本處將另請委員審查及推薦。

Subject: Forwarding Information of Member Selection Information for the “2026 (45th) Republic of China Undergraduate Study Tour to Japan.”
Description:
I. In accordance with Letter No. 1150000298 (Qing-Dong) dated February 11, 2026, issued by the China Youth Corps.
II. This program is organized by Japan Airlines and the Japan–ROC Youth Exchange Association, and hosted by the China Youth Corps. The purpose of the program is to strengthen Taiwan–Japan friendship and promote international youth exchange between the two countries.
III. The visit is scheduled from July 6 to July 11, 2026. During the visit, expenses for airfare, accommodation, meals, and local transportation will be covered by the organizers. Participants are responsible for costs related to personal travel documents and administrative processing fees.
IV. Applicants who are interested are requested to submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs (Room T1006) no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
1.Application form (The “Departmental Comments” section must be completed by the applicant’s department chair/supervisor, with official signature and stamp.)
2.A photocopy of language proficiency certificate(s).
3.An official Chinese academic transcript from our university.
V. A maximum of six candidates will be recommended by TKU. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, a review committee will be invited to conduct an evaluation and make recommendations.
